Why BharatRe America
BharatRe America was established to bring the institutional depth of BharatRe Global into direct service of the US insurance market. Our parent organization – headquartered in DIFC Dubai with offices in India, London, Malaysia, and East Africa – has over two decades of experience placing reinsurance for major insurers across Asia, Africa, Europe, and the Middle East, Lloyd’s of London and UK company markets.
This US office is not a satellite operation. It is a purposefully built, independently licensed Reinsurance Intermediary Broker under 40 P.S. §§ 321.3 and 321.4-Pennsylvania Insurance Department Act, staffed by professionals with deep US market experience and relevant domestic credentials.

As the capital of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, it places us steps from the Pennsylvania Insurance Department – the primary regulatory authority overseeing our license and operations.
